About the role
You come from agency sales and know how to sell complex, consultative digital services to mid-sized and enterprise clients. With us, you'll own our biggest deals, help evolve our sales process, and act as a sparring partner to the leadership team for new business in the DACH market – including GEO, the topic every decision-maker currently has questions about.

Strategic new business acquisition: You independently win accounts in the upper mid-market and enterprise segment – from identification through the pitch to close
Leading complex deals: You manage multi-stage sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, build business cases, and negotiate at executive level
Consultative sales quality: You analyze business models and work with our consultants to develop tailored search and paid media solutions – never selling off the shelf
Pipeline & forecasting: You manage your pipeline in the CRM based on data and deliver reliable forecasts to the leadership team
Evolving our sales process: You optimize playbooks, qualification, and proposal processes, and establish best practices across the sales team
Mentoring: You develop our Junior Sales Managers and raise the quality of discovery, pitching, and negotiation
Your profile

At least 3 years of agency experience selling digital marketing services – mandatory for this role
Proven track record of closing B2B deals with mid-market and enterprise clients, including multi-stage sales cycles
Solid understanding of SEO, paid media, and ideally GEO – deep enough to speak with marketing directors as an equal
CRM professionalism: structured pipeline management, clean forecasts, and data-driven ways of working
Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals at executive level
Excellent German and good English skills (for collaboration within the Eskimoz Group)
Nice to have: an existing network in the DACH digital market, experience with tenders/RFPs, initial leadership experience
