About the role
At Semtrix, Search means SEO and GEO from a single source – visibility in Google and in AI answer engines. Our Search Consultants manage their clients' projects holistically across every discipline, with no departmental silos. That's exactly what we train you for: step by step, you'll work through the same areas you'll later be responsible for as a Consultant – with a clear path toward a permanent role as Search Consultant.

Technical SEO: crawls and audits with Screaming Frog and Google Search Console, understanding indexing, load times, and website architecture
Content & semantics: keyword research, competitor analyses, and content briefings with Ahrefs, Sistrix, and Semrush
GEO: visibility analyses in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews – and optimizing content for AI answer engines
Off-page & authority: link profile analyses and strategically building authority
Reporting & client communication: creating analyses, presenting results clearly, and joining client meetings

Your Profile
A completed degree or vocational training – the field doesn't matter, your interest does. Career changers are explicitly welcome
Enthusiasm for digital marketing, search engines, and AI tools like ChatGPT
Excellent German skills for editorial and advisory work
Analytical thinking and enjoyment of interpreting data
Curiosity, initiative, and a structured way of working
Openness, team spirit, and a desire to take on responsibility quickly
Already have several years of SEO experience? Then our Search Consultant position is the direct path for you.
