Your responsibilities

Strategy & client leadership: You manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, develop visibility roadmaps spanning technical SEO, content, authority, and GEO, and confidently present your recommendations at executive level
Comprehensive audits: technical, semantic, link building, GEO, and web performance – you don't just produce them, you question and improve our standards along the way
GEO as a core skill: You build visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI Overviews firmly into your strategies – testing, measuring, and iterating
Business connection: You build action-oriented reporting and consistently argue along the chain of qualified traffic → conversion → revenue
New business: You contribute to pitches and first meetings, create pre-audits with quick-win recommendations, and spot upsell potential within your accounts
Mentoring & methodology development: You help develop our consultants and trainees professionally, raise the quality of deliverables, and contribute to the Eskimoz Group's R&D projects
Your profile
Your Profile
At least 3 years of agency experience – mandatory for this role
5+ years of experience in SEO/search with advanced expertise across all disciplines: technical, content/semantics, and off-page
Proven experience with strategic accounts: presenting to executive leadership, confidently defending your recommendations, and budget responsibility
Confident use of the full tool stack: Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Semrush, GA4, Looker Studio
Genuine understanding of GEO: you know how LLMs select their sources – prior hands-on GEO projects are a strong plus
Business mindset: ROI and conversions instead of keyword volume
Excellent German and good English skills (for collaboration within the Eskimoz Group)
Nice to have: Python or automation (Make, n8n, APIs), JavaScript SEO, log file analysis, international search projects (hreflang, multi-country), visible contributions to the SEO community
