About the role
At Semtrix, Paid Media means all channels, one strategy. As a Paid Media Consultant, you manage your client accounts holistically – not just Google Ads, but also Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Advertising. You manage campaigns, budgets, and results, and are your clients' central point of contact for everything paid.

Campaign management across all channels: You design, build, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube), Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Microsoft Advertising
Budget & performance: You manage your accounts' budgets, evaluate the relevant KPIs, and optimize based on data
Tracking: You work with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, review conversion setups, and ensure clean measurability
Ads & creatives: You write compelling ad copy, brief creatives for social campaigns, and test systematically
Reporting & client contact: You create clear reports, present results, and advise your clients on evolving their paid strategy
Shaping our work: You contribute to account audits for pitches and to our internal standards
Your profile
Your Profile
Hands-on experience in paid media management – you have a confident command of Google Ads and have already worked with at least one other channel (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedIn). We'll build out the rest together
Confident use of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
A head for numbers and a good technical understanding of campaign tools and tracking
An instinct for ads and creatives that turn attention into results
Strong communication skills: you explain performance clearly and honestly – in reports as well as in client conversations
Excellent German and good English skills
