About the role
For your entry into sales, that means: you'll learn the ropes in an experienced on-site team – backed by the methods and knowledge of an international group. You'll reach out to prospective clients, advise them on our search and paid media services, and support negotiations through to close.

New business acquisition: You call prospective clients and spark interest in our services
Inquiry handling: You process incoming inquiries by phone and email and qualify leads
Needs analysis & consulting: You analyze client requirements and advise on our search and paid media services
CRM maintenance: You keep client data and your pipeline clean and up to date
Proposals & presentations: You independently create analyses, presentations, and proposals
Closing: You lead negotiations and see contracts through to signature

Strong communication skills and an open, outgoing personality
Confident, skilled phone communication
Excellent written and spoken German, and good English skills
A results- and sales-driven way of working
A structured, organized, and independent way of working
Reliability, dedication, and team spirit
Prior knowledge of SEO, GEO, or paid media is a plus – not a requirement
