About the role
As an E-Commerce Management Assistant apprentice, you'll learn digital marketing from the ground up at Semtrix – not in a single department, but across every area: from search and paid media to client management and market analysis. You'll gain insights into an international group that few other training companies can offer.
Your responsibilities

Search (SEO & GEO): You learn how websites become visible in Google and in AI search
Paid media: You help with campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, and learn to understand budgets and KPIs
Client management & project management: You accompany real client projects and learn to organize workflows
Marketing & communication: You contribute to our own visibility – from content to media planning
Market observation & analysis: You work with professional tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Sistrix
Your profile
Your Profile
A general or technical higher education entrance qualification (Abitur/Fachabitur) or an intermediate secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss)
Enjoyment of communication and creative processes
Interest in digital topics – from Google to ChatGPT
A careful, reliable way of working and a sense of responsibility
Strong willingness to learn and quick comprehension
Excellent written and spoken German
